We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Itabix Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service and to make your content available to other users according to your settings and the Service’s functionality.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your account) at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or the public. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including sections on User Content license, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itabix Inc from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by law.
